We offer unhurried appointments with time to review your requirements, complete the appropriate medical assessment and, where possible, complete your documentation during your visit.

Some medical forms have very specific requirements. Sending the form to us before booking allows our team to check that we can complete it and make sure you are booked into the correct appointment.

Some specialist, occupational and visa medicals require specific accreditation or an approved doctor and cannot always be completed at The Watermill Clinic.
Where possible, your GP will review the form, take the relevant medical history, perform any required examination or measurements and complete your documentation during the same appointment.
Please bring the original form, photo ID where required, medication details and any relevant medical information.
