At The Watermill Clinic, we believe good medicine starts with time.
We have time to listen, to understand, and to build the kind of ongoing relationship that makes a genuine difference to your health. Our clinic reflects the pace and character of the local area; calm, considered and focused on what matters most.
Appointments designed around you, not the clock.
See the same doctor, build a relationship over time.
Caring for adults and children of all ages, at every stage of life.
At The Watermill Clinic, we believe healthcare should feel different.
Rooted in the village of Wickham, our approach is shaped by a simple idea that good medicine takes time. Time to listen, to understand, and to care for each person as an individual. In a world where healthcare can often feel rushed and impersonal, we offer something quieter, more thoughtful, and more human.
Our clinic is built around continuity, trust, and high-quality care when you need it most. Whether you are coming to us for a one-off concern or ongoing support, our focus is always the same: to provide expert, unhurried care in a setting where you feel genuinely looked after.
We are proud to place the local community at the heart of everything we do. This is reflected not only in our care, but in the environment we have created. We have partnered with local artist Sarah Featherstone, founder of Wild Art Gallery in Wickham, to bring carefully selected artwork into the clinic space.
Art has a unique ability to slow us down to create a sense of calm, perspective, and wellbeing. These are the same values that underpin our approach to healthcare. By supporting local artists and showcasing their work, we hope to create an environment that feels welcoming, restorative, and connected to the community around us.
The Watermill Clinic is, above all, a place where modern medicine meets traditional values, where expertise is paired with time, and where patients are treated with the care and attention they deserve.
Our GPs and Surgery team bring decades of NHS and private practice experience.
A UK-trained GP with over 15 years of clinical experience spanning general practice, women’s health, medical education, and senior leadership. She holds the Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health (DFSRH) and is a qualified coil and implant fitter, making her a trusted specialist for women seeking contraceptive and reproductive health support.
In 2022, Anna founded IUD Cairns in Australia, a dedicated women’s health clinic, before achieving Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). She has worked as a GP trainer, Registrar Assessor, and GP Partner, and brings the same care and commitment to her patients as she does to nurturing the next generation of doctors.
Anna provides full care across the breadth of general practice. Her approach is rooted in whole-person care, she takes the time to truly listen, understand, and support each individual, whatever brings them through the door.
Outside of medicine, she's an adventurer at heart; from backpacking South America and Asia to researching seahorse populations with Marine Conservation Cambodia. She brings that same curiosity to everything she does.
